Vinayak Gadre leads Adept Fluidyne Pvt. Ltd. with a strong focus on engineering excellence, industrial innovation, and long-term customer partnerships. With extensive experience in industrial automation, flow measurement technologies, and process instrumentation, he has played a key role in strengthening the company’s position in the Indian markets. Under his leadership, the organisation has continued to expand its capabilities in metering solutions, and customer-centric engineering services.
He is actively involved in strategic planning, product development initiatives, operational growth, and global business relationships.
Known for his practical and execution-focused leadership approach, he believes in continuous improvement, technical reliability, and building sustainable business relationships based on trust and performance.

Director

In September 2024, Takeaki Toshima was appointed as Director of Manufacturing at Adept Fluidyne Pvt. Ltd., following his transfer from Yokogawa Manufacturing Corporation (Japan). Since joining Yokogawa Electric Corporation in 1988, he has held a wide range of positions across the Yokogawa Group, gaining extensive experience in production engineering, global manufacturing management, the establishment of localized production systems, and assignments at overseas manufacturing sites.
Leveraging his deep expertise in manufacturing, he currently leads the production division at Adept Fluidyne Pvt. Ltd. His primary mission is to drive the localization of production for Yokogawa’s electromagnetic flowmeters, while ensuring that Adept’s proprietary electromagnetic flowmeters and other products are manufactured in full compliance with global quality standards, in line with the Yokogawa Group’s core principle of “Quality First.”

Director

Hiroshi Kusuyama has over 20 years of sales experience at Yokogawa Electric in Japan, followed by more than 15 years in the marketing department, where he served as a product manager for flow meters for five years. Electromagnetic flow meters have always been the focus of his career, and he is well-versed in their applications worldwide. He joined the board of directors at Adept Fluidyne Pvt. Ltd. in 2024 and is actively working to expand the company’s flow meter business in India.
His motto is “to approach everything with respect,” and as a vital bridge between Yokogawa Electric, a leading Japanese company, and India’s Adept Fluidyne Pvt. Ltd. He is enthusiastically dedicated to his work toward the development of India and, by extension, the world.
