Established in 1983, Adept Fluidyne Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of Flow Instrumentation Solutions and now has been acquired by Yokogawa Electric Corporation. Yokogawa provides advanced solutions in the areas of measurement, control, and information to customers across a broad range of industries, including energy, chemicals, materials, pharmaceuticals and food. The acquisition will help to leverage the strong presence of Adept in the Indian market with the technological prowess of Yokogawa.

Adept is known for its competence in manufacturing Electromagnetic and Ultrasonic Flowmeters in large quantities in shortest possible time. Adept is an application-focussed, engineering solutions provider for industry segments dealing with water and waste water. The company undertakes turnkey projects and capable of executing multiple projects simultaneously. We have supplied over 70,000 Flowmeters to various industry sectors in over 25 countries and is known for high quality, advanced technology products which ensure precision measurement and provide accurate data.

Adept has a large manufacturing facility at Pune, India which is equipped with robotic welding and advanced testing facilities. It is backed by an in-house Design & Development Centre and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certified calibration laboratory for Flowmeters up to DN 2000. The company is certified with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 from TUV NORD, Germany and has an in-house welding setup which is certified with ISO 3834-2.
